(VNW) already relies on the modern HR platform Personio for its personnel management.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>However, the process of operational personnel cost planning as a sub-plan of corporate planning was still carried out in Excel. This was time-consuming and error-prone due to the manual effort involved. <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p>As part of the VNW&#8217;s digitization efforts, personnel cost planning was to be converted to PeoplePLAN without media discontinuity.
