However, this process was very time-consuming as it required extensive preparation, implementation and post-processing. Due to increasingly flexible requirements during the planning phase, this manual process reached its limits.<\/p><p>Particularly in the case of short-term strategy adjustments, it was difficult to carry out workforce planning on time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4e85e0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c4e85e0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Project goals<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-551e9b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"551e9b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Overall, the implementation of the system should contribute to better control of workforce costs, increased efficiency in the planning process, and well-founded workforce decisions based on real-time data.<\/p><p>Rauch Fruchts\u00e4fte defined the following project goals:<\/p><ul><li>Creation of transparency about HR costs<\/li><li>Identification of causes for cost fluctuations and increases<\/li><li>Harmonization of the overall planning process<\/li><li>Faster turnaround times for planning<\/li><li>More effective workforce planning by better assessing staffing needs and deploying the right resources<\/li><li>Better decision making through important information on workforce costs and the impact of workforce decisions<\/li><li>Cost optimization by reducing the cost of overtime or the number of employees per department or project<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8852fbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8852fbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Implementation of the project<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b77bb0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b77bb0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The project was implemented in a short timeframe of three months. The project team was made up of employees from the CO and HR departments. The project process was pragmatic and fast in order to achieve the goal within the given timeframe.<\/p><p>Close cooperation and clear responsibilities within the team promoted efficiency and ensured that the project was implemented in a targeted manner and within the schedule.
