business from innogy SE laid the foundation for Westenergie AG in 2020. This structural change was also the starting point for considering the possibilities of an improved IT solution to support the workforce planning process in HR Controlling, which also takes into account the network-specific requirements in particular.<\/p><p>Overall, the previous solution for performing workforce planning had been in operational use for more than a decade.
