Initial situation

Kärcher was faced with the challenge of optimizing the previously time-consuming, Excel-based process for planning personnel costs. The conventional approach was extremely time-consuming and required extensive coordination work as well as considerable effort for data preparation. The need for transparent and seamlessly integrated operational personnel cost planning was identified. It was important to be able to carry out planning with integrated HR data from SAP HR systems.

 

In order to efficiently manage these future planning requirements, Kärcher opted for the CubeServ PeoplePLAN SaaS solution. This was connected directly to SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors via the existing interfaces in order to avoid manual data maintenance.

Kärcher has defined the following project objectives:
